Herta’s Knacki Reimagines Food Design with Ogilvy Paris

Kids love balloons, right? Now they can love their veggies just as much, thanks to Herta’s playful new plant-based Knacki campaign by Ogilvy Paris. The #1 French delicatessen brand known for its meat, unveils a plant-based sausage that tastes and cooks like the classic Knacki kids crave, but with a veggie twist.

Meet the stars of the show: adorable balloon animals shaped like a giraffe, dog, octopus, and butterfly, all crafted from Knacki plant-based hotdogs! At first glance, it’s a whimsical animal party. But take a closer look, and bam! Those “balloons” reveal their delicious secret. It’s a visual double-take that sparks curiosity and playfully nudges kids towards plant-based fun.

“Veggies, like kids love them,” the campaign tagline declares, drawing a clever parallel between kids’ fascination with balloons and their potential love for delicious, wholesome plant-based hotdogs. Whether they see balloons first or hotdogs first, the end result is the same: kids engaged, intrigued, and ready to bite into a veggie adventure.
